DISTRICT MANAGEMENT GROUP'S
District teams are invited to join us to at the upcoming DMCouncil Professional Development Clinic on the topic of Equity in Education: Making it Core. This topic was launched at our annual Superintendents’ Strategy Summit and then shared at our Leadership Development Meeting this past spring. We now invite central office leaders, building leaders, and superintendents to come as district teams to explore this topic together to work collaboratively on how to move equity work forward in tangible ways in their districts. The event is designed for districts that were unable to attend our Leadership Development Meeting in April. Join us for this immersive experience.

What is a Professional Development Clinic?DMCouncil's Professional Development Clinics are one-day conferences for cross-functional teams from DMCouncil member districts to learn together, work through problem-solving sessions, and apply transformational ideas in their districts. One-day clinics are offered throughout the year across our five practice areas - Equity, Leadership, Student Support, Human Capital, and Resources.
District Management Council (DMCouncil) is our membership community of school and district leaders committed to driving transformational change in public education by applying management and education best practices. DMCouncil members have access to our research on promising practices, expert advice from our team, and are invited to join our convenings that bring district leaders together to collaborate, share ideas, and learn.
