District Management Group and The Leadership Academy have joined forces to create DMLAEquityOffice. This unique and powerful partnership brings together The Leadership Academy's content knowledge and DMGroup's expertise in affecting sustainable systems change.

Since 2004, District Management Group has been partnering with districts to leverage management and education best practices to effect transformational, sustainable improvements that help schools and students thrive.

The Leadership Academy addresses systemic inequity by building the capacity of district and school leaders to create culturally responsive learning environments for all students. They have been providing thought leadership and content expertise on the subject of leading for equity since 2003.
