How It Works

  • Monthly 90-minute virtual sessions led by District Management Group practice leaders
  • Participation by up to two (2) district team members
  • In-person meeting in conjunction with the DMG Summit 2026 (February 4-6). Two Summit passes valued at $795 each included.
  • Learning by doing: Apply new concepts to real district challenges, creating immediate impact and setting the stage for lasting improvement
  • Peer network: Join a supportive network of district leaders to share strategies, exchange ideas, and receive ongoing for continuous improvement efforts

Exclusive Pricing for DMCouncil Members

  • $4,750 per year (2 seats included). Must be a member in a good standing.

Pricing for DMCouncil Non-Members

  • $6,500 per year (2 seats included)
