In this workshop, we will discuss common pitfalls in strategic planning and provide guidance on how to create an actionable, clear, and coherent plan that drives meaningful change and improved outcomes for your students.

- The importance of rigorous needs assessment of the district
- Two-step community engagement as one of the key success factors of your strategic plan
- How to articulate district-wide theory of action and identify key district priorities
- Defining success with measurable goals and the importance of continuous evaluation and adjustment
- Developing systems and structures of accountability to drive strategic plan results
